Changes to Username Changes

We've made two changes to the username change system. First, you can now only use a username change once per 30 days. Second, and the good news, is taht if you purchase or renew a premium membership, you'll receive an additional name change regardless of how many changes you had left, as long as your name change privileges haven't been revoked.
